MCWA, through Hôpital de Meskine, provides a wide range of medical services including surgery, maternity services, general medicine, laboratory services, x-ray and ultrasound, and an outpatient clinic or dispensary. Western missionary volunteers with a staff of African employees run the 80-bed facility. French is the working language at the hospital. The staff sees more than 100 patients a day in the outpatient clinic; the operating room averages four cases per day, but that number can run into the double digits.
